Moving in was easy, the gated parking is nice. The location of these apartments is a big bonus. Jayce is always there to answer any questions I’ve had. Love my stay here so far.

My name is Dallas and I was going through a rough time with past roommates, I was searching for an apartment for about 4 days then I ran into Phoenix Rise Apartments, I came and asked Jayce to look at a room and I loved it immediately, he wasn’t mean or uptight like other landlords were in the past, I told him my situation and he helped me out, literally saved my living situation, he got me in EXTREMELY fast, I would 110% do this entire process all over again just to meet Jayce for the first time again, amazing dude!!!

Jayce was an excellent help with getting me setup for my move in on 5/29. He has very pleasant personality and is very attentive to his customers. Excellent Property Manager.

I had a great experience with the customer service at Phoenix Rise Apartments. Jayce was incredibly patient, professional, and committed to helping throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions and made everything feel much easier and less stressful. The community is also very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent attention I received. Highly recommend!

Jayce was very helpful and friendly. He took time from his lunch to help us out and to provide the best deal that he could. The experience was great! We were able to tour the apartment and discuss the various fees and benefits. The apartments were beautiful and very well designed and maintained.

Jayce has been nothing but amazing and patient as my husband and I move into our new apartment. We’re ecstatic about moving into such a wonderful and beautiful home! He has answered every question and is always on top with everything. Amazing work and much appreciation!!!

Former 3rd floor tenant! What won us over was the space and storage. A lot of cabinet space and 2 closets by the entrance which led us buy in bulk. Bathrooms are huge and a lot of storage under the sinks. Conveniently by local restaurants/Mavericks/25th street. We enjoyed our walks especially when the Christmas village was displayed. We almost always walked with how close everything is. We chose the 3rd floor because we enjoyed the view (facing Washington) Maintenance person is very friendly and approachable. Based on previous reviews, I can say that there weren’t any issues regarding noise/police activity. If someone is bothered by cameras being by the dog park they’re simply not picking up after their dog 🤷🏽‍♀️ This place is under new management and Jayce shows promise. I could say that management can only do so much, tenants need to respect the open space (there’s always an ongoing issue with the dumpster being overfilled and dog waste not being picked up). With previous management I did love their selection of breakfast because it was from local vendors, and hope that continues. I would suggest consistency in airflow ventilation throughout the hall ways. And maybe a service for taking up groceries since no elevator is an issue to some. The dog bags are a bit thin and rip easily, but was always grateful it was being stocked daily Overall a great experience & I miss my storage space!
