Former 3rd floor tenant! What won us over was the space and storage. A lot of cabinet space and 2 closets by the entrance which led us buy in bulk. Bathrooms are huge and a lot of storage under the sinks. Conveniently by local restaurants/Mavericks/25th street. We enjoyed our walks especially when the Christmas village was displayed. We almost always walked with how close everything is. We chose the 3rd floor because we enjoyed the view (facing Washington) Maintenance person is very friendly and approachable. Based on previous reviews, I can say that there weren’t any issues regarding noise/police activity. If someone is bothered by cameras being by the dog park they’re simply not picking up after their dog 🤷🏽‍♀️ This place is under new management and Jayce shows promise. I could say that management can only do so much, tenants need to respect the open space (there’s always an ongoing issue with the dumpster being overfilled and dog waste not being picked up). With previous management I did love their selection of breakfast because it was from local vendors, and hope that continues. Has gated parking & mailbox is indoors I would suggest consistency in airflow ventilation throughout the hall ways. And maybe a service for taking up groceries since no elevator is an issue to some. The dog bags are a bit thin and rip easily, but was always grateful it was being stocked daily Overall a great experience & I miss my storage space!

I had an excellent experience working with Jayce from start to finish. The showing was smooth, well-organized, and informative—he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every detail of the apartment. Communication throughout the process was prompt and professional, which made everything much less stressful. What really stood out was how he was accommodating and transparent while helping me secure the apartment. He made the application process straightforward and were always available to provide updates or clarification when needed. It’s clear that Jayce genuinely care about his tenants and takes pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone looking for a place—an all-around great experience.

The apartment is nice, and the management team is polite and friendly. I’ve heard many complaints about the price, and while I agree it’s expensive ($1,650 for a one-bedroom, one-bath around 690 sq. ft.), there are some good perks. The parking lot is gated, there’s breakfast every Friday (usually donuts), and there is a small ‘gym’ *add a functional trainer and a bench and the gym would be SO much better* HINT HINT phoenix rise management/Owner:) The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is communication. Management could do a better job sharing important information. I didn’t learn about the PDK app until the last month of my lease, and six months into my lease I received a message from the internet provider saying I hadn’t used my service—along with setup instructions I should have received at move-in. I was supposed to get this information in a welcome letter, but I never did. Overall, it’s a nice place to live, but better communication would improve the experience.

I've been living at Phoenix rise for 4 months and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from day one. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and has a real sense of community that’s hard to find these days. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, and the office team always makes an effort to be helpful and approachable. Kattye is the best she always helps when ever needed. Very sweet and make sure everything get handled in a timely manner. Did an amazing job on the tour and very knowledgeable answered all my 1,000 question. One of my favorite things is the amenities — the , gym, grill, dog park, etc.] are clean, modern, and never overcrowded. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to [local highways, public transportation, shops, or restaurants]. My apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and feels like home. I especially appreciate [specific feature you love — like natural lighting, in-unit laundry, If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, well-run, and a genuinely nice place to come home to, I highly recommend Phoenix rise . Now that we have been here about 90 days I want to share that these apartments are really nice! One of the greatest things is that every Friday we can count on breakfast or dinner provided by our leasing office which is wonderful for anyone on the go. Our electric bill has decreased exponentially since we moved in which means these apartments are well insulated. The location is phenomenal because it is close enough to walk to 25th street and explore everything Ogden has to offer. If you would rather stay in, there is a barbecue and a gym to meet your needs. The downside to living here is the noise pollution from tenants in the common areas. It wakes my children and myself up, often times, there is obscenities being shouted after quiet hours. The washer and dryer units are very spacious, on the other hand, the sink does not accommodate for a two bedroom unit. Altogether, I would highly recommend living here especially because of the very friendly and professional staff.

The staff here are excellent. They go above and beyond what's expected and always do their best to make sure every residents needs are met. The maintenance man Dave is genuinely amazing! So kind and helpful and this was my first experience with a maintenance technician that actually knew what he was doing and did it perfectly. You can find him or Dean always available either cleaning something or making sure everything is in tip top condition here. Very pleased with all the staff in this community.

Moving into Phoenix RISE and Dean’s apartment was an incredibly smooth experience. From the very start, Dean and Kattye have been nothing but helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. They truly go above and beyond for their residents. For example, when we moved in, our security system on the door wasn’t working. Within 15 minutes, Dean personally came by and swapped it out—proving just how committed they are to making sure everything is right. Anytime there’s an issue, they respond quickly and with a great attitude, which is a huge contrast to our last place. They’re never rude or dismissive—just awesome people who truly care. Beyond just maintenance and service, the overall management here is fantastic. They do so much to create a welcoming and positive community. Every Friday, they even provide free breakfasts, which is such a nice touch. Plus, the residents here are friendly, and the culture is warm and inviting. I highly recommend living here. It’s been such a great experience, and I’m grateful for Dean, Kattye, and the entire team!

My SO and I moved in in August of 2024 and shortly after, the apartment complex was sold to another company. We were both worried about how the new management would be and couldn't be happier. DEAN should be a selling point for people to live here. He is so friendly and helpful. We were content before but are extremely thrilled now to be living here. Rent is the cheapest in the valley for all of the amenities included. I would recommend anyone to live here.
