Dave the maintenance man was amazing In helping us fix an issue with our electricity. He always came super fast when we needed him and stayed in complete contact with us while figuring out issues we were having. He truly made us feel like he was concerned and determined to help us and did. :)

David is the maintenance supervisor and he never fails to deliver; on time and on point. I had a problem with my washing machine and I called maintenance. David answered and said he’d be right over. He came right over, figured out the problem, and my washing machine works flawlessly now. Thank you, David! Keep up the good work!

I've been living at Phoenix rise for 4 months and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from day one. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and has a real sense of community that’s hard to find these days. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, and the office team always makes an effort to be helpful and approachable. Kattye is the best she always helps when ever needed. Very sweet and make sure everything get handled in a timely manner. Did an amazing job on the tour and very knowledgeable answered all my 1,000 question. One of my favorite things is the amenities — the , gym, grill, dog park, etc.] are clean, modern, and never overcrowded. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to [local highways, public transportation, shops, or restaurants]. My apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and feels like home. I especially appreciate [specific feature you love — like natural lighting, in-unit laundry, If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, well-run, and a genuinely nice place to come home to, I highly recommend Phoenix rise . Excellent staff and beautiful curb appeal! Always a pleasure visiting and chatting with the property manager Dean. He does an outstanding job and makes everyone feel like they are already at home.

My fianće and I moved in not even a month ago and the process was smooth and quick! Dean was amazing and very willing to answer all of our millions of questions. Everything is very clean and very well taken care of! We are very much enjoying our new home! Thank you to the whole staff!
