Where do I start. Jayce has been a true blessing to us. We worked with him from start to finish and even after moving in he’s been a huge help. From the start he was so kind and easy to talk with, showed us the unit even while we were thousands of miles away (Guam), answered all our questions with no hesitation and was thorough with every document, payment, procedure and signatures. The time difference was so bad from Utah and Guam, but he was always prompt with any questions we had. He was able to get our unit ready for the date we wanted and did it without complaints. He also went beyond and would contact us via email even when he was off, it was a weekend or because of time difference, he would respond in the early morning for him. This made me know and feel more at ease with the move and move in process. Finally meeting him for move in and he was the same genuine, kind and helpful person he was over the phone. I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done and continues to do. He is a great person and a great asset! If you need a smooth, stress free and enjoyable move in experience JAYCE is the way!

I am so blessed and excited to be living here at Phoenix rise my experience here so far has been wonderful I love living here and the management Jayce has been wonderful he help me get through a few obstacles moving in and I'm so grateful! Jayce has been a tremendous help in our relocation to Utah. He is very thorough, detailed and genuinely kind. Walked us through every step and kept us in the loop all the way through. From showing, leasing, moving and move-in he has been there every step of the way. We are blessed to have met him and his guidance has made the move smooth and stress free. With time difference he still managed to update up on a timely manner and walked us through everything. The day of move-in was smooth that all we did was went shopping for our household needs.
